Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer full refunds for unopened bottles returned within 5 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our customer service for return authorization.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within India. International shipping times may vary.
Q: Can I try a fragrance before buying a full-size bottle?
A: Yes! We offer smaller 8ml bottles so you can try our fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle. This allows you to experience the quality and longevity of our perfumes.
